special dial plan is needed to use our service effectively. Without
the correct dial plan you may experience delays of up to 20+ seconds
before hearing a ring tone when making outbound calls. The following
dial plan is effective on all Sipura and Linksys* devices.
The correct dial plan to use is: (Important: Copy and Paste these into one string with no spaces or line breaks)

above should be pasted into the dial plan box as one line. After you
save the update, the delay problem should be resolved immediately.
