What If I Have a Friend Living In a Rented Room at My House...Can They Count As a Non-Family Customer Point?

FMS Support > Member FAQs
You would need to have a residence that is considered a separate rental property and has a different address than your main house (could be an annex of the main property with separate utilities etc.). In the case stated above, what you would need to do is Add-a-TV to your Master Account and collect the cost of the additional TV and other charges (VOD, PPV, etc.) from your Tenant renting the room.
