Spirit Service & Device Ordering Instructions (Everyone)

Spirit Ordering is Live for EVERYONE 1/22/2012 7pm EST!

The New FMS, CMS and Retail Ordering Systems are finally live for you and your customers to order your Spirit devices and service! Everyone is welcome to begin placing orders for Spirit hardware and service at the time indicated above. Here is what you need to do to place your order as an FM, existing customer and brand new customer. Feel free to pass Scenario 1 and Scenario 2 on to your retail Customers as needed.

Scenario 1: Self-Signup Process for a Brand New Retail Customer (Standalone Customers Only on Corporate Site)

  2. The first thing you will need to do is setup your Master Customer account. All subsequent services (GeneSys, Spirit, Nuclius, etc.) are then added to your master account separately.
  3. Click any red 'Sign Up' button found anywhere on my site.
  4. Read the info on this main pre-signup page and then click the 'Sign Up' button right below the credit card logos.
  5. Provide all required information for your Customer Profile and submit the form. Be sure all information is entered correctly and formatted properly before submitting.
  6. Now click the 'Mobile' image displayed on the screen to begin adding your new Spirit wireless service.
  7. Specify all of your plan options and submit the page. Note: Make sure to select the ‘Spirit Nationwide Unlimited Talk/Text/Data ($59.99)’ or other plan of your choice twice as indicated. Keep in mind that you will want unlimited everything if you are choosing a smartphone device.
  8. On the next page, add the device of your choice to your cart (Spirit HTC Hero or Sanyo Zio recommended) and click the orange ‘Continue’ button.
  9. Your Order Summary is displayed. If you would like to order our GeneSys VoIP phone service, click the 'Digital Phone' image and follow the process like above. If you are finished with your order and would not like to order anything else, click the orange 'Contnue' button.
  10. Verify all information, specify an special order instructions and click the 'Click Here to Complete Your Order' button to complete your order. We will take it from there.

Scenario 2: Adding to Your Existing Customer Account (Standalone Customers Only)

  1. Log into the CMS.
  2. Since you are already on one of our services, you will be required to update your CC/DC info before being able to add Spirit to your account. Update your payment info as indicated.
  3. Simply click ‘New Personal’ under the Mobile category.
  4. Specify all of your plan options and submit the page. Note: Make sure to select the ‘Spirit Nationwide Unlimited Talk/Text/Data ($59.99)’ or other plan of your choice twice as indicated. You will want unlimited everything for your smartphone without a doubt.
  5. On the next page, add the device of your choice to your cart (Spirit HTC Hero or Sanyo Zio recommended) and click the red ‘Secure Checkout’ button.
  6. Verify all information, submit your order and you are done. We will take it from there.

Scenario 3: Using an Existing Customer Account (FMs Only)

  1. Even though the CMS is fully live, and you can technically place your order from in there if you are already a GeneSys customer, since you are an FM, you should place your order from within the FMS.
  2. Log into the FMS and in the Control Panel, hover over “Family Management -> Customers and click ‘View Customers’.
  3. If you are already a current or past customer or have a Customer account listed but without a service, click your name to pull up your account details. Note: For those of you with existing accounts and using GeneSys now, you will be required to update your CC/DC info before being able to add Spirit to your account. Update your payment info as indicated.
  4. Simply click ‘New Personal’ under the Mobile category.
  5. Specify all of your plan options and submit the page. Note: Make sure to select the ‘Spirit Nationwide Unlimited Talk/Text/Data ($59.99)’ or other plan of your choice twice as indicated. You will want unlimited everything for your smartphone without a doubt.
  6. On the next page, add the device of your choice to your cart (Spirit HTC Hero recommended) and click the red ‘Secure Checkout’ button.
  7. Verify all information, submit your order and you are done. We will take it from there.

Scenario 4: Setting Up a Brand New Customer Account (FMs Only)

  1. The first thing you will do is setup your Master Customer account. All subsequent services (GeneSys, Spirit, Nuclius, etc.) are then added to that master account separately.
  2. Log into the FMS and in the Control Panel, hover over ‘Family Management -> Customers’ and click ‘View Customers’.
  3. Click on the ‘Insert a New Customer’ link.
  4. Provide all required information and submit the form. Be sure all information is entered correctly and formatted properly.
  5. You will see some 'Congratulations...' text for successfully setting up the Master account. Simply click ‘New Personal’ under the Mobile category.
  6. Specify all of your plan options and submit the page. Note: Make sure to select the ‘Spirit Nationwide Unlimited Talk/Text/Data ($59.99)’ or other plan of your choice twice as indicated. You will want unlimited everything for your smartphone without a doubt.
  7. On the next page, add the device of your choice to your cart (Spirit HTC Hero recommended) and click the red ‘Secure Checkout’ button.
  8. Verify all information, submit your order and you are done. We will take it from there.
Have your credit/debit card ready with funds available when it is time to place your order. The cost to get your service started on the Unlimited Everything plan including all taxes, fees etc. is $67.11. The shipping will be added to the total as well and will be what is on the order you actually placed. There is a $20 One-Time setup fee for starting your new Spirit service and this cost will be added to your order total. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American express.

All devices from orders being placed will be processed, provisioned, activated and shipped as soon as possible. Your real-time order history in your CMS and FMS will keep you posted with the status of your order.
