Dear F.A.M. (Fruitful and Multipliers),

Spirit MobileWe have made a tremendous amount of progress throughout October and everything is on schedule as expected. We brought on one of the best telecommunications attorneys in the nation to make sure we do things 100% by the book as we continue to prepare for January 1. Dropping the ball is not an option. As of this month, we are fully established with the FCC and are now considered a fully licensed digital communications enterprise officially sanctioned to do business in all of our digital services industries. Our company information will be available in the FCC database around the second week of November for public review.

We have also completed the selection of a pretty impressive launch starting lineup of Spirit-branded (not Sprint) devices from manufacturers like HTC, BlackBerry, Samsung, LG, etc. We have some very cool and proven phones, smartphones, tablets and standalone data devices to satisfy everyone's tastes and needs and the full details of each device will be available on the corporate web site in the next week or so. All devices have been finalized and will start being delivered to our distribution center around mid-November to start shipping to the Family in early December. But now we need to hear from you.

We have put together a few Polls in the 'Future Devices & Accessories' section of the Family Forum for each class of device that we offer. We need you to vote on the ones you like so we can get a feel for the devices that will be considered the most popular. If you have not registered for your Forum account, registration will be required before you can place your vote. Here is the direct link to the Polls in the Forum: http://fmsforum.triniticomm.com/forum_topics.asp?FID=81&title=future-devices-accessories.

As far as our own Spirit manufactured devices are concerned, those will be here in 2012 at a time still to be determined. Here's why.
  1. The approval process to get our own OEM devices onto their network is far longer, several months longer, than any other wireless network out there.

  2. Sprint made a very large announcement a couple of days ago that will dramatically improve the level of service Spirit will be able to provide with them providing our primary network access. Click Here to read this article in detail.

  3. A tremendous amount of advanced wireless technologies have been coming out over the last couple of months and through November that we will need to capitalize on to make sure our devices remain as competitive as possible
So you can count on when our own proprietary and exclusive devices are ready to hit the market, they will have the latest and greatest technologies in them, will have a much longer product life cycle and will also allow us to carve our own unique niche in the wireless space.

Don't forget to go to the forum and cast your votes.

Long Live the Revolution!

Onward and Upward,

Triniti Communications
